A By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Election Procedure By-law, 1971, No. 1115". The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, pet leg rien SH ete in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. Section 3 of the "City of Port Coquitlam Election Procedure By-law, 1971, No. 1115" is repealed and the following is substituted: "3. (a) Except as in this Section hereinafter provided, no advertising signs or posters of any type whatsoever shall be erected or placed on any property owned or under ‘the control of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam and, without limiting the generality thereof, no advertising sign or poster shail be erected on any bridge or overpass structure, on any City building, or in any park. Notwithstanding the provisions of clause (a) of this Section advertising signs or posters of a size not exceeding 4' x 4' (four feet by four feet) in size may be erected or placed on 1. Lots 7, 8, & 9, Block 24, District Lot 289, Group 1, Plan 2080, New Westminster District (North-east corner of Shaughnessy Street and Pitt River Road); That portion of City park land lying West of the East boundary of Chester Street South of the South boundary of Coquitlam Avenue and North and East of the Lougheed Highway (old Cenotaph site). for the ten calendar day period preceding polling day. A sign placed or erected pursuant to-the provisions of clause (b) of this Section shall be removed by the person or persons placing or erecting the same within three calendar days after polling day. In this Section the expressing "calendar day'' means each and every day of the week including Sundays and holidays. 2. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City.of Port Coquitlam Election Procedure By-law, 1971, No. 1115, Amendment By-law, 1976, No. 1475",
