Re: Commercial Vehicle Licencing Amending By-law No. 1412

A copy of the above-noted By-law is attached and the same can be given first
three readings at the Council Meeting of January 12th, 1976.

This By+law is necessitated due to the change in the Municipal Act eliminating
the requirement for obtaining "exemption plates" for vehicles that are exempt
from the licencing provisicns.
