A By-law to smend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By~law, 1969,
Yo. 918" .

The Municipal Council of The Corporation é£ the City of Port Coquitlam, -
in open meeting assenbled, enacts as follows: . : : .
1." The Zoning Map of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, being
Schedule "A" of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No.“918" is
amenced by removing the Zone Designation of RAL (Low-Density Apartment Residential)
assigned to the West 's of Lot K (except the north 165 feet), Block 4, District Lot
479, Group 1, Plan 6825, Kew Westminster District and assigning the Zone Désignation
of P-1 (Civic Institutional) to the said property.
2. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port Coquitlam
Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918, Asendment By-law, 1975, No. 1358",

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this Tenth day of February, 1975.

Read a second time by the Municipal. Council this Tenth day of February,. 1975.

Public Hearing held this day <£ » 1975.

Reconsidered, finally passed and adopted by & vote in favour thereof of

A By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969 ’
No. 918",

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlan
in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. The Zonir © Map of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, being
Schedule man of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918" is
amended by removing the Zone Designation of RS-k (One Family Residential)
assigned to the East 4 of Lot K (except the north 165 feet), Block 4, District
Lot 479, Group 1, Plan 6825, New Westminster District and assigning the Zone
Designation of C2 (Neighbourhood Commercial) to the said property.
2. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the “City of Port Coquitlam
Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918, Amendment By-law, 1975, No. 1359".
