Re: Rezoning and Land Use Contract Fee Schedule

Arising from the results of a.survey of fees charged by Municipalities in the
Greater Vancouver Area for the processing of applications for Rezonings and

Land Use Contracts, a revised fee schedule was presented by the Planning Officer
to the Planning and Zoning Committee on November 20, 1974 for consideration.

‘The Committee recommended that the following schedute as proposed by the . Planning
Officer be adopted and put into effect immediately.

Rezoning Fees

$2. 00 for each. 1000 square feet with a _ minimum of $100. 00 for site area up to
50,000 square : feet.

~ $100. 00 for newspaper advertising and mailing (refundable if public hearing not held).

Land Use Contract Fee:

$2. 00. for. each 1000 square feet with a minimum of $200. 00 for site. area up. to
50,000 square feet.

$100. 00 for newspaper advertising and mailing (refundable if public hearing not
held).

is attached for your information.
