A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Fire Prevention Bylaw, 1991, No. 2578"

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting
assembled, enacts as follows:

1. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitiam Fire Prevention Bylaw, 1991,
No. 2578, Amendment Bylaw, 1994, No. 2888".

2. The “Port Coquitlam Fire prevention Bylaw, 1991, No. 2578" is amended by renumbering
Section 3.1.2 as 3.1.2 (a).

‘That the Bylaw be further amended by adding the following as 3.1.2 (b):

The Fire Chief may issue ‘a Burning Pemmit for Religious or Ceremonial purposes,
conditions pertaining thereto as approved by Council.

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 11th day of April, 1994.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this Lith day of April, 1994.

Read a third time by the Municipal Council this 11th day of April, 1994.

Reconsidered, finally passed and adopted by the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the
