GENERAL COMMENTS A number of general comments were received that did not result in specific changes to either policies or land use designations. These include: Concerns about amount of designated multi-family areas. Concerns about quality and amount of single-family areas. Concerns about the rate of development. Concerns about traffic and parking problems. Concerns over the loss of trees and natural areas. Desire for a Tree Bylaw. Opposition to the Lincoln Avenue- Coquitlam River crossing.
