A Public Hearing pursuant to Section 956 of the Municipal Act was held prior to the

ncil Meeting of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam held in the Council Chambers,
Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2580 Shaughnessy Street, Port Coquitlam, BC on Monday, May 10th,
1993, at 7:30 p.m.

Mayor L.M. Traboulay and Councillors M.D. Gates, M.J. Gordon, J.J. Keryluk, R.H.
Talbot, M.A. Thompson, and MLR. Wright were in attendance.

Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, Secretarial Assistant to the City
Clerk G. Chubaty, City Treasurer/Deputy Administrator J.G.S. Maitland, City Engineer LR.
Zahynacz, Director of Planning C.R. Felip, and Project Engineer M.J. Davies.

PUBLIC HEARING:
Mayor Traboulay advised the following proposed Bylaws would now be considered:

The property is located at 1226 and 1230 Pitt River Road and will permit the creation of three
single family lots.
