A Public Hearing pursuant to Section 956 of the Municipal Act was held prior to the
Council Meeting of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam held in the Council Chambers,
Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2580 Shaughnessy Street, Port Coquitlam, BC on Monday, January
ilth, 1993, at 7:30 p.m.

Mayor L.M. Traboulay and Councillors M.D. Gates, M.J. Gordon, J.J. Keryluk, R.H.
Talbot, M.A. Thompson, and M.R. Wright were in attendance.

Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, City Clerk S. Rauh, City
Treasurer/Deputy Administrator, J.G.S. Maitland, City Engineer IR. Zahynacz, Director of
Planning C.R. Felip, and Fire Chief J. Baillie.

in favour of the rezoning.
