THE CORPORATION OF THE CLTyY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BYLAW NO. 2630

WHEREAS pursuant to Division 6 of Part 29 of the “Municipal Act", being
Chapter 290, R.S.B.C., 1979, the Council has established a Parkland
Acquisition Development Cost Charge Reserve Fund;

AND WHEREAS it is deemed desirable to expend a portion of the monies set
aside in the said Reserve Fund;

NOW THEREFORE, the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of
Port Coquitlam in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. The sum of $186,000.00 is hereby appropriated from the Parkland
Acquisition Developmeat Cost Charge Reserve Fund to purchase the
properties shown as Numbers 1, 2, amd 4 (being 1.01 acre of foreshore,
0.76 acre of green space, and 1.1 acre of parkland), on the Plan attached
to this Bylaw and marked Schedule "A"; being portions of Parcel 1, Sketch
6040 (1420 Coast Meridian Road).

Should any of the amount expropriated remain unexpended after the

expenditures hereby authorized have been made, the unexpended balance
shall be returned to the credit of the said Parkland Acquisition

Development Cost Charge Reserve Fund.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes aa the “Parkland Acquisition
Development Cost Charge Reserve Fund Expenditure bylaw, 1991, No. 2630”.

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 2nd day of December, 1991.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 2nd day of December, 1991.

Read a third time by the Municipal Council this 2nd day of December, 1991.

Reconsidered, finally passed and adopted by a vote in favour thereof of at
least two-thirds of all the members of the Municipal Council of the

Corporation of The City of Port Coquitlam this — day of , 199 .
