C-2 Section 902 Subsection (1) Uses (h) parking delete reference to Section ii of old Bylaw and Insert reference to Bylaw 2242 Zo RM-1t through RM-4 Apartment Zones, Sections 805 through 868, (1) Uses, revise reference to (1)(c) Accessory Buildings and Uses to read "Accessory" 35 RM~5 Apartment Zone, Section 809 (5) Front Yard Setbacks, revising the right column table heading from Required Back Yard Depth to read "Required Front Yard Dapth. 4. Screening, Section 505 (4) add label "Fences and revise text to read. "except as otherwise provided In this bylaw, visual screening in the form of fences or walls not exceeding a height of 1.2 metres may be sited on any portion of the lot. Visual screening In the form of fences, walls not exceeding a height of 2.5 metres may be sited to the rear of the required front yard in yards not along flanking streets. BACKGROUND: The proposed text and regulatory changes are part of the Planning Department's on going bylaw maintenance.
