A Bylaw to amend the Official Community Plan of EB Q - 1987
The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam.

WHEREAS an Official Community Pian was adopted by the "Official Community Plan
Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162";

AND WHEREAS an amendment to the Official Community Pian has been prepared and
after First Reading of this Bylaw the Council! has:

examined the amendment to the plan in conjunction with the most recent
capital expenditure program under Section 266 of the Municipal Act to
ensure consistency between them; ,
examined the amendment to the plan in conjunction with the Economic
Strategy Plan entitled "Port Coquitlam Industria! Development
Development Strategy" to ensure consistency between them:

determined that no applicable waste management plan exists for
consideration;

determined that the amendment to the plan daes not affect the District
of Coquitlam, The Corporation of the District of Pitt Meadows, or

the Greater Vancouver Regional District.

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council! of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitiam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

The designation of "Apartment i" shown on Schedule "B" of the Official Community
Pian Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162" as applying to:

(a) Lot 1! and Lot Z (c) Lots 11 to 14, Inclusive
