School regarding rezoning application, R#14-79 for a proposed Commercial Bev. - Westwood & Lougheed, Development at Lougheed Highway and Westwood Street. The City Administrator advised the Planning and Zoning Committee met with representatives of the proposed development to discuss a site problem as set out in their letter under date of July 25th, 1979, and request that they be permitted TO Che FO RTS Py ED et to do some clearing of access trails to enable them to take further soil samples and that they be permitted to pre-load the area for the retail store as soon as possible because of the six to eight month requirement for settlement. Seconded by Alderman Laking: That the request from the developer of the proposed commercial development at Lougheed Highway and Westwood Street, Techram Securities Ltd., July 25th, 1979 to do some clearing of access trails to enable them to take further soil samples, and to pre-load the area for the proposed retail store as soon as possible to allow for the six to eight month requirement for settlement, be approved; i a SUBJECT TO application to the City for a tree cutting permit.
