A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of The Corporation of
the City of Port Coquitlam was held in the Council Chamber, Port Coquitlam
City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C., on February
14th, 1977, at 7:30 p.m.
His Worship Mayor J.M. Campbell, Aldermen J.J. Keryluk, G.R. Laking,
E.W. Mabbett, P.F. Ranger, M.A. Thompson, and L.M. Traboulay in attendance.
Also in attendance were Chief Administrative Officer L.D. Pollock,
City Clerk R.A. Freeman, City Engineer V.G. Borch, P. Eng., City Treasurer
J. Maitland, Planning Officer Lanson Lee, Recreation Director Janna
Taylor, Works & Utilities Superintendent G, Ulmer, and Mrs. B.M. Aalten.

By-laws Nos.

His Worship Mayor J.M. Campbell advised the meeting the following

proposed By-laws to authorize issuance of Land Use Contracts would now

be considered:

By-law No. 1501: to authorize the Council to enter into a Land Use

Contract with Clar—For Holdings Ltd., 2873 - 595 Burrard Street, Vancouver,
B.C. in the form and to the extent set forth in "Land Use Contract No.
20" which is set forth in a Schedule annexed to and made part of the By-
law and the said Land Use Contract No. 20 shali extend to and regulate
the development and use of lands described as Lot 4, District Lots 231,
255, and 384, Group 1, Plan 11613, New Westminster District.

The above~noted property is located at 1647 Broadway and upon its
issuance Land Use Contract No. 20 will permit the land, buildings, and
structures located or to be located thereat to be used for M-1l (General
Industrial) uses only as set out in the said Land Use Contract No. 20 in
accord with the regulations for the M~l (General Industrial) Zone.

By~law No. 1502: to authorize the Council to enter into a Land Use

Contract with: i. Pinto Estates Ltd., 725 Carnarvon Street, New Westminster,
B.C.3

ti. Torino Enterprises Ltd., 725 Carnarvon Street, New
Westminster, B.C.;

tii. Ernest Chorney, 14081 ~ 79th Avenue, Surrey, B.C.3;
in the form and to the extent set forth in "Land Use Contract No. 21"
which is set forth in a Schedule annexed to and made part of the By-law
and the said Land Use Contract No. 21 shall extend to and shall regulate
the development and use of lands described as Lot 18, District Lots 231
and 288, Group 1, Plan 4667, New Westminster District.
The above-noted property is located at 1680 Broadway Street and

upon its issuance Land Use Contract No. 21 will permit the land, buildings,
