Campbell, Aldermen J.J. Keryluk, G.R. Laking, E.W. Mabbett, P.F. Ranger, M.A. Thompson, and L.M. Traboulay in attendance. Also in attendance were Chief Administrative Officer L.D. Pollock, City Clerk R.A. Freeman, City Engineer V.G. Borch, P. Eng., City Treasurer J. Maitland, Planning Officer Lanson Lee, Recreation Director Janna Taylor, Works & Utilities Superintendent G, Ulmer, and Mrs. B.M. Aalten. : ZONING PUBLIC HEARING: Public Hearing i By-laws Nos. His Worship Mayor J.M. Campbell advised the meeting the following ‘ 1501 & 1502 proposed By-laws to authorize issuance of Land Use Contracts would now be considered: By-law No. 1501: to authorize the Council to enter into a Land Use Contract with Clar—For Holdings Ltd., 2873 - 595 Burrard Street, Vancouver, B.C. in the form and to the extent set forth in "Land Use Contract No. 20" which is set forth in a Schedule annexed to and made part of the By- law and the said Land Use Contract No. 20 shali extend to and regulate the development and use of lands described as Lot 4, District Lots 231, 255, and 384, Group 1, Plan 11613, New Westminster District. The above~noted property is located at 1647 Broadway and upon its issuance Land Use Contract No. 20 will permit the land, buildings, and structures located or to be located thereat to be used for M-1l (General Industrial) uses only as set out in the said Land Use Contract No. 20 in accord with the regulations for the M~l (General Industrial) Zone. By~law No. 1502: to authorize the Council to enter into a Land Use Contract with: i. Pinto Estates Ltd., 725 Carnarvon Street, New Westminster, B.C.3 ti.
