Public utility buildings and installations such
as celephone exchanges, transformer stations
and public works yards.
Accessory buildings and uses, including the

internal display, internal storage and internal

retail sale of goods produced cr stexed on the

premises.

(2) Conditions of Use:

(a) Lot Area and Width
Bach lot shall have an ares of aot less than
20,000 square feet and a width of not less than
100 feet, except where such lot was existing at
the effective date of this By-law.

(b) Lot Coverage and Building Size
Buildings and structures together shall not
exceed a lot coverage of 60 percent and the mia-

imum grose floor area of a principal’ building shall

be 1500 oquare feet.
