A By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law,
91g".

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlan,
in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. The Zoning Map of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, being
Schedule "A" of the "City of Pert Coquitlan Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918" is
amended by removing the zone designation of M-1 (Service Industrial) assigned
to:

(1) Lots 1, 2 & 3, Districe Lot 379, Group One, Plan 1781, New

Wastminster District;

(ii) Lot 63, District Lot 379, Group 1, Plan 27948, New Westminster

District;
(444) Parcel "T" (Plan with Charge Deposited 5541C) District Lot
379, Group 1, New Westminster District;
(iv) That Part of Lot 6, District Lot 379, Group 1, Pian 3158,
New Westminster District now zoned M-1 (Service Industrial);
assigning the zone designation of M-3 (Special Industrial) to:
‘(i) Lots 1, 2 & 3, District Lot 379, Group One, Plan 1781, New
Westminster District;
(ii) Lot 63, District Lot 379, Group 1, Plan 27948, New Westminster
District;
(iii) Parcel "T" (Plan with Charge Deposited 5541C) District Let
379, Group 1, New Westminster District;
(iv) That Part of Lot 6, District Lot 379, Group 1, Plan 3158,
New Westminster District now zoned M-1 (Service Industrial)
and which is more than 66 feet west of the westerly high

water mark of the Coquitlam River; ‘nN

and by assigning the zone designation of Avl (Agricultural) to: Available for
Third Reading
(1) That Pare of Loc 6, District Lot 379, Group 1, Plan 3158,
CryCoann
New Westminster District naw zoned M-1 (Service Industrial)
which is less than 66 feet west of the westerly high-
water mark of the Coquitlan River.

2. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port

Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918, Amendment By-law, 1974, No. 1339"
