“RE: Road Abandonment = Eastern Drive

Attached is a sketch plan showing two small pieces of property which are. presently

part of the road allowance of Eastern Drive. The property at this location

running between Eastern Drive and Western Drive is presently under development

and it. would be an advantage at this time to straighten out the alignment of -

Easteim Drive. The developer is prepared to purchase the land involved. The

Committee recommends that procedure be started to abandon these two small pieces

of road and incorporate. them into the land undex development. It is also recommended

.. that the price be set at $2.00 per square foot and there is approximately 4,800
square feet in these two parcels.
