B.C. Hydro last week indi-

“B.C. Hydro rates have

cost of inflation, they have
actually gone down over

Van Ruyven.

But she said B.C. Hydro
Power Smart incentive
programs to switch to
fluorescent light bulbs can
reduce bills overall.
