Bob MeCorckle of Vanderhdot
and Tacla Lake, was a business
visitor in town this week.

Mr. Thomasson of Terrace was
a visitor at the hospital the first
of the week to see Mrs. Thomas-
son.

Mr. Sessions arrived from Pa-
cific on Sunday and accompanied
his little daughter home from the
hospital.

Dr. G. A, Petrie left Sunday
night for Vancouver where he
will spend a time while seeking a
location where he will enter into
private practice. Dr. Petrie was
exceptionally well liked, not only
in this immediate vicinity, but at
all points along the Skeena as far
as Terrace, where he is known
professionally and socially. His
departure from this district is a
distinct loss and much regretted.
He has the best wishes of a host
of friends here for his future suc-
cess wherever he decides to lo-
cate.

On Sunday afternoon last Dr.
Wrinch baptised George Drysdale
Tomlinson, youngest son of Robt.
and Mrs. Tomlinson, The cere-
mony took place at the home of
the parents and was witnessed
by a number of friends from the
hospital.

The annual meeting of the W.
A. of St. Peter’s church, will be
held in the Mission House Thurs-
dav evening at 8 o’clock.
