Anne was part of a pio- neer family in Terrace who moved here from Unity, Sask, when she was six years’ old, She completed her ele- mentary schooling in Ter- race and her secondary education in Prince Rupert and Chilliwack. Upon completion of high school, she thought she would like to become a nurse. And with that in mind, she began training with the Sisters of St. Jé6- seph in Victoria. However, her career aspiration changed ‘tnd with that came a move to Vancouver. She lived with the Sisters of Service Lips was born on Feb, 18, 1920.
