Good News! The PITCH-IN WEEK campaign will be held May 1-7,
1995, | oe ae

Hundreds of thousands of volunteers participate in PITCH~IN
WEEK. Using our materials, they carry out projects--in B.C.
snd in the City of Port Coquitlam. However, illegal dumping
continues to rise across British Columbia. Volunteers will
be important to keep your clean-up costs under control as
citizens in your community respond to new disposal
regulations and attempt to meet the challenge of reducing

and managing waste.

Communities, like the City of Port Coquitlam, have always
been strong supporters of volunteers PITCHING-IN. We want to
continue to support, with your aggietance, the many groups
who keep your community clean and your clean-up costs down.

The Bad News: user-pay. The City of Port Coguitlam, if not
