WHEREAS pursuant to the Municipal Act, being Chapter 290, R.S.B.C., 1979, the Council
established Statutory Reserve Funds;

AND WHEREAS it is deemed desirable to expend a portion of the monies set aside in the
Reserve Funds;

NOW THEREFORE, the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Statutory Reserve Funds Expenditure
Bylaw, 1994, No. 2892".

2. The sums hereinafter specified are hereby appropriated from the respective Reserve Funds
to be expended from the following purposes for the year 1993;

Public Works Special Capital 173,859.62
Road Development Cost Charges 831,961.19
Drainage Development Cost Charges 1,911.95
Water Area No. | Development Cost Charges 2,197.11
Water Area No. 2 Development Cost Charges 318.66
Water Area No. 3 Development Cost Charges 318.66
Water Area No. 4 Development Cost Charges 318.66
Water Area No. 5 Development Cost Charges 318.66
Water Area No. 6 Development Cost Charges 318.66
Sewer Area No. 1 Development Cost Charges 637.31
Sewer Area No. 2 Development Cost Charges 637.32
Sewer Area No. 3 Development Cost Charges 637.32
Park Development Cost Charges 191,853.27
Park Development Cost Charges Interest 69,877.81
Extra Building Maintenance Reserve 206,792.40
Tax Sale Reserve 891,021.75

Should any of the above amounts rernain unexpended after the expenditures hereby
authorized has been made, any unexpended balances shall be returned to the credit of the

specified Reserve Fund.
