A Bylaw to amend the ‘Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240"

The Municipa! Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting
assembled, enacts as follows:

1. Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which are more
particularly described as:

Lots 10 and 11

District Lots 174 & 289
Group One

Plan 9069

New Westminster District

are hereby rezoned from A-1 (Agricultural) to RM-3 (Townhouse) and the Zoning Map of
the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby arnended to reflect this

rezoning.

2. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No.
2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1993, No. 2771".
Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 15th day of March, 1993.
Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 15th day of March, 1993.
Public Hearing held this 5th day of April, 1993.

Intent of the Bylaw:

To permit the development of 27 townhouses.
