This project is a continuation of Phase I of the Fremont Holdings
subdivision. All services to ke continued as required by Subdivision
Servicing By-law 1987-No. 2241.
Building Department:
Floodplain and lot grading criteria be reviewed at the subdivision stage.
Parks and Recreation Department:
Parkland - need to ensure thet we have it designated.
R.C.M.P. and Fire Department:
No comment.
DISCUSSION:
Approval of this rezoning application will enable the development of e
residential subdivision in the Riverwood area. The land use and road layout

conform to the Riverwood Area Control Plan. It is therefore recommended that
this application be approved to proceed subject to the conditions noted above.
