PLAN PROCESSING FEE

A plan processing fee shall be payable before processing of a building, building
moving, plumbing or sign permit application as follows:

4.1. For a permit application to construct a new single family dwelling, a fee of
$100.00.

4.2. For a permit application for a building or structure other than a new single
family dwelling a fee equal to fifty percent of the permit fee under Section 1,
to a minimum of $50.00 and a maximum of $2,500.00.

5c a plumbing permit, type: fireline/sprinkler or on-site services, a fee of
50.00.

For a sign permit, a fee of $50.00.

For a building moving permit, a fee of $50.00.

The plan processing fee will be credited to the building, building moving,
plumbing or sign permit fee at permit issuance.

REFUND OF FEES

An applicant for a Building, Building Moving, Demolition, Plumbing or Sign permit
may obtain a refund of the Permit Fee when a permit is surrendered and cancelled

before any construction begins, on the following basis:

5.1. The City Treasurer shall refund ninety percent of the balance of the permit fee
in excess of the plan processing fee.

5.2. Aplan processing fee is not refundable.

5.3. No refund shall be made where construction or work. has begun or an
inspection has been made.

5.4. No refund shall be made for an amount of $50.00 or less.
