BYLAW NO. 2237

Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651",

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam, in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

Those Certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which
are more particularly described as:

(a) Lot 179, Plan 25711;
(b) Lot 349, Plan 30872;
(c) Lot 348, Flan 30872 (except part subdivided by Pian 37960) ;
(d) Parcel 1 (Reference Plan 10421) of Lot E, Plan 6840;
(e) The North half of Nova Scotia Avenue adjacent to the
Lots 348 and 349 hereinbefore described;

all in District Lot 232; Group One; New Westminster District
are hereby rezoned from R&-2 (Single Family Residential) to RS-1A (Single Family
Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "City of Port Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw,
1979, No. 1651" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port Coquitiam
Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment bylaw, 1987, No. 2237",

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 26th day of January, 1987.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 26th day ot January, 1987

Public Hearing held this 16th day of February, 1987.
