WHEREAS The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam 1s dsalrous of cancelling a
portion of Lane shown dedicated on Plan 2244 of District Lot 464, Group One, New
Westminster Olstrict In the Clty of Port Coquitlam In the Province of British

Columbla;

AND WHEREAS the Registered Owner of the jand deserlbed In Section 2 of this Bylaw has
agreed to convey the sald land to the City Jn exchange for the Jands comarising the
portion of Lane shown dedicated on Plan 2244 of District Lot 464, Group One, New
Westminster DistrietT to be cancel led;

AND WHEREAS the "Municipal Act" belng Chapter 290 of tne Revised Statutes of British
Columbla, 1979, provides that the Councl! may by Bylaw dispase of any portion cf a
highway In oxchange for such lands as may be necessary for the purpose of Improving,
widening, stralghtening, relocating or diverting the highway;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Councl! of The Corperation of the City of Port Goquitiam,
in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. The Corporation of the Clty of Port Coquitiam Is hereby authorized to convey to
the Registered Owner of the lands deserlbed In Sectlon 2 of this Bylaw, ALL AND
SINGULAR those certain parcels or tracts of land and premises which may be more
particularly deserlbed as follows: —

All that portion of Lane in District Lot 464, Group One, New Westminster District
shown dedisated on Registered Plan 2244 and Included within the hatched area,
-contalning an area of 260.3 m2, on Reference Plan certified correct by Robert M,.
Reese, British Columbla Land Surveyor and dated the {5th day of August 1985, a

copy of which Is attached

at or for the price or sum of $1,00 and In exchange for those certaln parcels or
tracts of land described in the next Section hereof.

2. The Corporation of the Clty of Port Coquitlam Is hereby author! zed to purchase of
| and from the Registered Owner thereof ALL AND SINGULAR those certain parcels or
traats of jand and premises which may be more particularily described as follows:

Al} that portion of Lot 36, District Lot 464, Group One, Now Westminster District
ag shown on registered plan 2363 Included within the heavy outline and labeled
Lane, containing an area of 260.3 m2, on reference plan certifled correct by
Robert M, Reese, British Columbia Land Surveyer and dated the 15th day of August,

1985, a copy of which Is attached

at or for the price or sum of $1.00 and In exchange for those certaln parcels or
tracts af land described In the preceding Section hereof.
