The other area of concern is that we do not have an area. of
public access or access for our vehicles to get in to mow

the lawn. Initially we had hoped to locate the access ata point
where only a few small trees would have to be removed. However,
the fisheries department has indicated that we are not to go.
Chrough the swamp area due to the fact that this particular area,
when it is wet, feeds Baker Creek. We ha ave had to relocate the
access road to an area where several trees will have to be _
removed. The calipre of these trees, in some cases, £0e38 up to
six inches however, this is the only place where we can have
access. Up te this point we have had complaints fron. residents.
