NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

ZONING BY-LAW

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port CoquitJamn
will hold a Public Hearing in the Couned) Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Nall,
2272 McAllister Avenuc, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday, March 23rd, 1.981 at
7330 p.m. to consider the following proposcd by-law to amend the "City of Port

Coquitlam Zoning By~law, 1979, No. 1651". :

By-law No. 1822: to removed the Zone Designation of RS-1 assigned

to Lot "A", Block 28, District Lot 464, Group One, Plan 2039, New
Westminster District and assign the Zone Designation of:

(a) RT-1 to lot 1 of a proposed Subdivision of the aforesaid Lot "A"
prepared by V.C. Goudal and Associates, British Columbia Land Surveyors
under Job No. C-3194-81; and, ; i
(b) RS-1A to Lot 2 of a prcposed Subdivision of the aforesaid Lot "A"
prepared by V.C. Goudal and Associates, British Columbia Land Surveyors
under Job No. C-3194-81, |

This property is located at 1935 Grant. Avenue and is being rezoned to
permit the Subdivision thereof into two separate parcels; one of which
will be used as the site of a duplex dwelline and the other as the

site for a single family dwelling.

A copy of the proposed By-law, the Plan of V.C. Goudal and Associates

referred’ to therein, and other relevant documents, may be inspected in the

- Office of the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above,

between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p-m., on working days, from March 12th,

198i to March 23rd, 1981.
All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the
proposed By-law shall be afforded an Opportunity to be heard at the Public

Hearing on matters contained in the By-law.
