LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Lot 118, D.L.289, Plan 59195 BACKGROUND: The subject property is commonly known as the old Legion Hall site, which is bounded by Central School to the north, a church and the proposed future fire hall site to the east, Pitt River Road to the south, and a few single family homes tc the west. The Property is roughly 26000 sq.ft., in size. The proposed development on this site is a three storey apartment building with 50 units. Development density is based on floor area ratio of 1.0 which is the maximum permitted under RM-4 zoning. Parking is based on a ratio of 1.5 and is to be provided underground.
