le On the 6th day of November, 1978, the Corporation of the
Clty of Port Coquitlam, hereinafter called the "City") approved and
entered into a Land Use Contract with Wllliam Ronald Rudy (hereinafter
seferred to as the “Meveloper") for the use and development of those

lands and premises situate in the City of Port Coquitlam, Province of

British Columbla, described as follows:

New Westminster District

(hereinafter referred to as the “Subject Lands")
Ze The eaid Land Use Contract was registered against tha
title to the Subject Lands in the New Westminster Land Title Office on
November 22rd, 1978, under Noe P114179, and is 17 pages in length.
3e At the time of execution ef the Land Use Contract
registered in the Naw Wentminster Land Titla Of£ice on November 23,
1978, under Registration No. P1144779, the gaubject lands were known and
