Deegan, 1924 Grant Avenue, objected to the lack of communication between the Simon Fraser Health Unit and the residents and Alderman Mabbett stated in his opinion there should have been more Public Relations carried out prior to items such as these coming to Council. Ranger advising his son required stitches following an accident and that she had to go out ef the community to the New Westminster Royal Columbian Hospital for the emergency treatment and he related this incident to Council's earlier discussion regarding the Eagle Ridge Hospital.
