Kingsway Area - Tri-Line Freight The new alignment for the Mary Hill By-pass will isolate a portion of Kingsway that will no longer be required. The City does have a watermain on this portion of Kingsway and B.C. Hydro have a series of pole lines. The Department of Highways have proposed purchasing this land from the nvey to Tri-Line Freight in exchange for lands that they require for the By—pass right-of-way. I do not have a valuation of this portion as yet, however, it involves approximately an acre and as some of the land is affected by existing B.C.
