(e) The approval of plans or dravin,s shall rot in any way relieve th:
appitcant from full responsibility for the carrying out of the provisions of
this By-law.

18. Taspection:

The Bullding Inspector is hereby authorized to encer, at all reasonable
times, upon any property or premises to ascertain whether the provisions of this
By-law are being obeyed.

13. Enforcesent:

(a) Every person who violates any provision of this By-law or vho causes,
suffers or pernits any contravention of its regulations shal! be guilty of an
infraction thereof and shall be Liable to the penalties herein izposed.

{o) Waere any styn or part thereof contravenes this By-law or where any sign
is in such a condition as to be a danger of falling or is a zezace to the Safety
of persons or Property, the Building Inspector shall give to the owner or gerson
in charge of the sign written nutice specifying the danger or the violation,
ordering the cessation thereaf end requiring either the rencval of the sign or
the carrying out of reredial vork in the time and in the canner that the norice
shall specify. In the event of fatlure to comply, the Building Inspector may
Tenove the sign or cause such rezedial work to be done and the cost thereof vhen
certiffed by the Treasurer shall be Tecoverable by the Corporation in the sane

maaner as municipal caxes.
