PROCLAMATION
"OPERATION SERVICE"

WHEREAS during the first week of October, 1976, the Royal Canadian
Legion, Pont Coquitlam Branch 133, through the Department of Veterans Affairs
wile be Launching a Campaign to Let every veteran, widows of veterans and
‘apendents in this Community know their rights and benefits regarding service
ions, war veterans! allowances, etc.;
AND WHEREAS it is deemed desirable that the residents of this
| Community ake aware that the Campaign will be conducted by way of a door-
‘to-door canvass within the boundaries of Port Coquitlam; |

Now THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that October 4th to 11th, 1976, be

prockaimed "Operztion Service Week" in the City of Port Coquitlam.
