Alderman Traboulay indicated that as it had been a matter \ discussed In Camera, any vote taken was not binding until the same had been presented for ratification in Open Council, and suggested that Mr. i ' Leslie be censured for reporting this information incorrectly. 1 1 Moved by Alderman Traboulay;: Seconded by Alderman Thompson: ' That a letter be written to Mr. Graham Leslie of the Greater Vancouver Regional District Labour Relations Department pointing out that the statement, in the June 18th newsletter ‘Municipal Labour Relations in Greater Vantouver', that the City of Port Coquitlam had given formal approval to the standard resolution respecting accredited area bargaining : was totally incorrect. Alderman Laking voted against the resolution. a From co) During discussion of the foregoing resolution, the City Administrator pointed out that jn his conversations with Mr. Leslie, he had pojnted out that as the meeting had been held "In Camera" it was difficult for Staff to explain the discussions fully to Mr. Leslie, however, he felt ! that there was no problem in sending a letter to Mr. Leslie to confirm yO the fact that the discussions and vote had taken place In Camera and i were, therefore, not definite until ratified in Open Council. He further : noted that additional discussions had since taken place and a draft Constitution would be available for Council's consideration at the July 12th regular meetsug. . Telephone Company to repair 1972 Fraser Ave Problem with BCTel damage incurred to her property by their crews, and requested that the City Administrator investigate the matter.
