January 19th, 1976 exactly what costs would be involved. After exarining the plans, the City Engineer advised that due to the type of warehouse planned, and the Tyner Street access to the property, Tyner Street would be virtually destroyed and considerable off-site work would be necessary tc prevent this. With respect to the work on Kingsway, the City Engineer advised that most of the work was being completed by B.C. Hydra who were developing the North side of the street, and he was asking that Mr. Battiston supply the balance of the road widening and curb and gutter on the South side at an approximate cost of $3,600.00. Alderman Traboulay noted that even if the Council did eliminate the costs estimated for work on Kingsway, the costs would still be considerably in excess of the $10,000.00 cost envisaged by Mr. Battiston, and suggested that perhaps the City Engineer could provide a further cost breakdovm for Mr. Battiston so as to fully explain the costs for Kingsway.
