Wr "47 THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAN ae ar BY-LAW NO. 1310 A By~law to stop up and close to traffic portions of road dedicated by Registered Plans 2291 and 2324, North-west Quarter Section 6, Township 40, New Westminster District, in the City of Port Coquitlam. WHEREAS pursuant to Subsection (1b) of Section 513 of the "Municipal Act", being Chapter 255 of the Revised Statutes of British Columbia, 1960 and amendments thereto, the Municipal Council may by by-law stop up and close to traffic a highway or any portion of a highway; AND WHEREAS the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam deems it desirable and expedient that certain portions of highway hereinafter described be stopped up and closed to traffic; NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: Le Ail those portions of road dedicated by Registered Plans 2291 and 2324 situated in the North-west Quarter Section 6, Township 40, New Westminster District, which may be more particularly described as follows: ( See Okun Attached ) ' All the above described portions of road are shown within the red outline on a plan prepared by W.E. Frith, B.C.L.S. dated April 1, 1974, a copy of which is attached hereto and are hereby stopped up and closed to traffic. 2.
