The City Clerk advised that: the amend~ ment will provide for an extension of 22 months from the-date the original By-law Was adopted, and Alderman Mayer requested that the Council consider an extension of 18 months only. His Worship the Mayor pointed mt that this is:a common By-law that has to be agreed to by both Councils, and referred to the time factor involved to renew the present By-law, which will expire on May 3rd, 1973.
