Sexton said locals might have to take action if it ap- pears the investigation will lake too long. “There wouldn't be any | point in having this drag on ' for another two years be- cause we could be into an election by then,’’ Sexton said. The vote, taken Sept. 16, approves a three-year deal giving wage increases cach year as well as increases in laundry allowances (to wash their uniforms) and RRSPs. The wage increase aver- ages out to approximately 15 cents an hour each year.
