THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY or PORT COQUITLAM

BY-LAW NO. 1828

A By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law,

1779, No. 1651".

The Municipal Council of The Corporat fon of the City of Port

doquitlan, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: ;
I. The Zoning Map of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam,
being Schedule "A" of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979,
No. 1651" is amended by removing the Zone Designation of RS-i assigned to:
(a) South 300' of Block "D" of the West -1/2 of the Northwest
Quarter, Section 6, Township 40, Plan 6824 EXCEPT the South
225" thereof; and,

(b) Lot 1,’Block D, Northwest Quarter, Section 6, Township

40, Plan 11944;

and assigning the Zone Designation of RM-4 to the said property.

2. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port
Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, Ne. 1651, Amendment By-law, 1981, No. 1828",
