RECREATION:
That "Port Coquitlam's Zoning Bylaw, 1987, 2240", be amended aa follows:

The following definitions be inserted in the appropriate places in Part I,
Interpretation, Section 101:

Adult fntertainnent

Meana live entertainment or entertainment recorded on film or videotape
which includes any exposure of the genitals, pubic region, buttocks, anus
or female breasts immediately below the top of the areola, of any pergon.

Adult Entertainment Business

Meana a business establishment in which Adult Entertainment is provided
for viewing on the premises.

Night Club

Meana a business establishwent principally devoted to the provision of
music, entertainment and dancing (excluding Adult Entertaiament) and the

sale of liquor for consumption on the premises.

Escort Service

re Meana the buginess of providing social companionship by individuals
employed by or associated with the business. Escort services do not

include Personal Care.
