A Bylaw to amend the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam. in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1993, No. 2866”. Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which are more particularly described as: Lot 89 Lot 192 District Lot 4 District Lot 4 Township 39 Township 39 Plan 33968 Plan 44046 New Westminster District ; New Westminster District are hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to C-2 (Neighbourhood Commercial) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.
