the Land Titles Act

That the Mayor and City Clerk authorize the removal of the covenant.
2. That the $5000.00 security deposit be released.

BACKGROUND &

This covenant was part of an agreement to permit the owner of thie property
to construct a new house while the existing house remained occupied.

The covenant provides that the existing dwelling on the property be
demolished upon occupancy of the new dwelling. A $5000.00 security deposit
was required in addition to the covenant. .

On May 6, 1992 a City Building Inspector has confirmed that the exiating
dwelling has been demolished and the services for thie building have been
capped off.
