(7) Real Estate Signs as fascia, freestanding or window signa, provided (8) (9) that: (a) Not more than one sign for each street frontage shali be permitted on each building, premises or parcel. (ec) Total copy area of a window sign shall not exceed 25% of the total window area. Development Signs, aa fascia or freestanding signs, provided that: (a) Not more than one sign for each street frontage is permitted. (b) Not more than four signa are permitted for each subdivision or development project. (c) The sign area of each sign shall not exceed 3 m* (32.29 aq. ft.) in area per Sign face. (d) The height of a freestanding development sign shall not exceed 4.0 m. (13.12 ft.), Development signa shall be removed within one (1) month following the issuance of the final occupancy permit, or in the case of a subdivision development, upon the sale of 90% of the subdivided lots.
