PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The application is for two warehouse buildings located at 1451 Kingsway
Avenue. The project will maintain 3 accesses off Kingsway Avenue.

The design conforma to the guidelines of the M-2 (Heavy Industrial) zone
for setbacks, lot coverage and parking.
