A Bylaw to Amend the “Port Coquitlam Building | MAR 1g i99t
and Plumbing Bylaw, 1991, No. 2568". MAR 25 1991

The Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. Section 6 "Plumbing Permit Fees” of Schedule "C" of the “Port Coquitlam
Building and Plumbing Bylaw, 1991, No. 2568 is repealed and the

following substituted:

PLUMBING PERMIT FEES

6.1. The following fees shall be payable upon epplication for a permit to
install, alter, or repair any plumbing with a minimum fee of $50.00:

6.1.1. for the installation of each fixture; $14.80 ee

6ol.2. for the alteration of plumbing where
no fixtures are involved; $14.80

6.1.3. for the installation of each roof
drain, deck drain, floor drain
(storm), catch basin, junction box; $14.80

6.1.4. for the tastallation of each meter
of fireline; $1.00 per metre.

6.1.5. for the installation of each fire |
hydrant ; $23.30

6.1.66 for each septic tank installation,
repair or renewal; $18.00

6.1.7. for each sanitary sewer installation; $18.00
6.1.8. for each sewer storm installation; $18.00

for each meter of piping associated
with water main installations or
sanitary sewer installations or

storm drainage sewer installations for
other than single family or two family
dwellings; 604 per metre;

for installation of building fire
protection;

6.1.10.1. first sprinkler head;
