RECOMMENDATION:
That City Council direct the Clerk's Office to prepare a
bylaw rezoning Lot 42 of the South West Quarter of Section

7 of Township 40, NWLD Plan 25585 from RS-1, Large Lot
Residential to RT-1, Two Family Residential.

BACKGROUND :

This application is to rezone an estate size fot from
RS-t, large tot residential to RT-1, Two Family Residential.
Presently, the property is being used @s a non-conforming

duplexe This application has been submitted to bring the
property into conformance.

COMMENTS :

The application conforms with the Official Community Pian
and Zoning Bylaw policies and regulations for this property.
