RECOMMENDATION:
That City Counci! authorize the City Clark to endorse a
strata title subdivision plan for Lot 72 of Block "E", DL
5342 Group 1, LD 36, NWLD Plan 18044,

COMMENTS:

This property was recently approved for rezoning to a RT=1
Two family zoning designation.

The property is presently occupled by the owners. Their
intention is to construct another residence connected to
theirs. As they are presentiy tiving on the property it is
necessary for them to submit obtain the City's approval to
strata title subdivide the property.

jn conclusion, approval of this application is
recommended. The strata titie subdiviston has no effect on
City policies, as it will not displace any tennants.
