A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam
Commercial Vehicle Licensing Bylaw, 1962".

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open
meeting assembled, enacts as fallows: too.

The definition ot "Act't in Section 1 of Bylaw No. 770 cited as the "City of Port
Coquitlam Commercial Vehicle Licensing Bylaw, 1962" is repealed and the following
substituted therefor;

“thet! means the Municipal Act, being Chapter 290 of the Revised Statutes of
British Columbia, 1979, as amended;". -

Section IA of the Bylaw is repealed.

The phrase "Division (2) of Part X of the Act" where the same appears in Section
2. Section 3, and Section 8, is struck out and the phrase "Division (2) of Part

lI! ot the Act" is substituted.
Section 7(1) of the Bylaw is amended by inserting, after the word Nvehicle” the
ohrase "(or photo copy thereof )!'.

The first paragrapn of Section 9 of the Bylaw is amended by adding after. the word
