A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the
City of Port Coquitiam was held in the Council Chamber, Port Coquittam
City Hall on Monday, May 5th, 1986 at 7:30 pPem.

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay, Aldermen M.C,. Farnworth, M.D.
Gates, J.J. Keryluk, G.R. Laking, W.W. Stewart and M.R. Wright in
attendance.

Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk. Deputy City
Engineer/Operations Manager T. Chong, P. Eng., City Treasurer J.G.
Maitland, Director of Community Planning W.A. Brown, Parks & Recreation
Director K.J. Taylor and Recording Secretary D.L. Vyse.

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay proctaimed September 13th, 1986
"Job's Daughters! Day".

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay presented Chris Thomas, Sandy Purdie

and Brian Smith with a tribute in recognition of their achievement with
the Bantam Hockey Tournament.

That the minutes of the Public Hearing heid on April 21st, 1986 and
the minutes of the Regular Counci| Meeting held on April 28th, 1986, be
taken as read and adopted.

Avondale Strata Corporation NW 2314 who then made a presentation to
Council regarding problems the owners are experfencing with loca!
teenagers around the 7-Eleven Store on Coast Meridian Road.

That the problems experlenced by the Avondale Townhouse residents

regarding teenagers around the 7-Eleven Store on Coast Meridian Road be
referred to the Administration Committee for study and report to Council. I
